4.2 Ownership of Marketing Outputs
You retain full commercial ownership over the parameters, business data, and brand assets you input. Generated copy, campaign architectures, and planning calendars are licensed to you for unlimited global commercial distribution.

By registering for an account, authenticating your marketing channels, or using any AI automation feature on AdsprintAI, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable digital advertising regulations and privacy laws.
Account Registration & Channel Integration
To leverage generation and analytical tools, users must create an account and may link third-party marketing or social APIs. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to grant AdsprintAI access to those external ad accounts and data streams.
Acceptable Use Policy
- No misleading, fraudulent, or malicious advertising campaigns that violate consumer protection laws.
- No reverse engineering of generation prompts, scraping analytical matrices, or overloading the planning engines.
- No automated bots used to manipulate platform generation credits.
Fees, Credits & Subscription Tiers
Access to advanced AI models, comprehensive tracking metrics, and priority scheduling is managed via subscription packages or dynamic credit allocations. Subscriptions auto-renew securely via our third-party billing processors unless cancelled in your user settings before the billing cycle terminates.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
AdsprintAI delivers its AI engines and analytical outputs on an "As-Is" framework. While our models are designed to maximize conversion probability, we do not warrant explicit conversion rates, financial ROI, or absolute accuracy of third-party platform analytics due to external market volatility.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the primary jurisdiction of the parent entity operating AdsprintAI. Any disputes regarding marketing automation liabilities will be handled in our designated local courts.
Lifetime Deal (LTD) Terms & Conditions
$49 · One-timePurchasers of the AdsprintAI Lifetime Deal ("LTD") receive a non-transferable, permanent commercial license to access the core AI tools (Campaign Generator, Analytics, and Content Planner) for a one-time fee of $49.
- •Account Limitations: Lifetime access is tied strictly to a single authenticated user profile and cannot be resold, shared, or transferred.
- •Fair Use Caps: Dynamic AI generations under the Lifetime tier remain subject to our system infrastructure fair-use formulas (
Cmax) to prevent server exploitation. - •Service Continuity: "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the AdsprintAI platform framework. While we intend to maintain the platform indefinitely, in the event of platform sunsetting, merger, or structural dissolution, AdsprintAI will provide a minimum of 90 days' notice and access transition options.
